HighIQ vs Felix by Fello
Felix by Fello (Fello): Fello is a homeowner-marketing and seller-lead platform built around home-value offers; Felix is the AI assistant layer that engages the contacts it surfaces.
Fello built its name on the seller side of real estate: home-value landing pages, automated valuation postcards and emails that get a homeowner in your database to raise their hand, plus cash-offer and trade-in style routes for people who are actually thinking about moving. Felix is the AI assistant that sits on top of that motion and engages the contacts it surfaces. That outbound homeowner-marketing engine is a real, well-built thing, and it is the one place on this page where we say plainly that they do something we do not.
Everything else on the list is where the two products stop resembling each other. HighIQ does produce seller valuations. Jamie detects seller intent inside a live conversation and sends an instant CMA on a hosted page with real comps from recent and active listings, market pulse and local data, then pings you while the homeowner is still reading it. The difference is the trigger: Fello markets to a list to manufacture the raised hand, HighIQ catches the raised hand in a conversation it is already having.
Then there is surface area. HighIQ is one platform with an AI voice agent that dials in seconds, an AI SMS agent, an AI email agent, AI-native saved searches that a lead sets up just by talking (and that the agent then watches for favorites and repeat views), a 1-click compliant website, drip campaigns across all three channels, an AI power dialer for your humans with a script builder and live transcription, automatic dispositions, and two-way writeback to Follow Up Boss, BoldTrail, Sierra Interactive, Real Geeks, GoHighLevel and Lead Docket. Felix is an assistant inside a marketing platform. And the money is not close: see the pricing row below.
Straight answer
Which one should you actually buy?
Pick Felix by Fello when…
If what you actually want to buy is outbound homeowner marketing, meaning valuation postcards, cash-offer and trade-in funnels, and brand-owned seller landing pages mailed and emailed to a farm list, that is Fello's home turf and HighIQ does not sell it. Buy Fello for demand generation on the listing side.
Pick HighIQ when…
If you want the conversations handled, meaning every lead called within seconds, buyer and seller, forever, with CMAs, saved searches, a dialer for your humans, a website and CRM writeback in one bill, HighIQ does substantially more for less, and you can start free with no credit card instead of sitting through a demo to learn the price.

FAQ
HighIQ vs Felix by Fello, answered
Is HighIQ a Felix by Fello alternative?
For most teams, yes, and it covers more. Fello is a homeowner-marketing platform with an AI assistant on top; HighIQ is a full AI agent platform: voice, SMS and email agents that call every lead within seconds, instant CMA valuation reports, AI-native saved searches, a 1-click website, drip campaigns, an AI power dialer for your human agents, and two-way CRM writeback. The one thing Fello does that HighIQ does not is outbound homeowner marketing, meaning valuation postcards and cash-offer funnels.
Does HighIQ create CMAs and home valuation reports?
Yes. When the AI identifies a potential seller in a call, text or email, it offers to build and send an instant CMA on a live page with real comps from recent and active listings, market pulse and local market data. You can add or remove comps before or after it sends, and you get notified when the homeowner opens it so you can call while they are on the page.
How much does Felix by Fello cost?
Fello does not publish pricing on its website. In a Fello sales demo we attended in August 2026, the pricing shown was: the Fello platform starting at $799 per month for a team, with Felix quoted separately at $2,250 per month for 5,000 contacts, about $3,049 per month combined at that tier, with custom enterprise pricing for brokerages. HighIQ is $2,000 per month for 10 users on a 6-month agreement, or $2,500 month to month, with unlimited leads and no per-contact tier. Confirm current numbers with Fello directly.
Does Felix have an AI power dialer or automatic saved searches?
Neither is published on Fello's site. HighIQ includes both: an AI power dialer for your human agents with a script builder, one-click objection handling, live transcription and AI-written notes with automatic dispositioning; and AI-native saved searches, where a lead sets up property alerts just by talking to the agent and the agent then reaches out when they favorite or revisit a listing. The saved search feature requires the IDXBroker add-on, sold separately.
Can we run Fello and HighIQ together?
Yes, and some teams do. Fello markets to the homeowner list to manufacture the raised hand; HighIQ is what calls them within seconds, keeps following up, sends the CMA and books the appointment. If you are buying only one, HighIQ covers far more of the workflow.
What does HighIQ cost?
$2,000 per month for 10 users on a 6-month agreement, or $2,500 month to month, with white glove onboarding at $2,000 one time. Voice, SMS and email usage is billed as used. You can create a free account first with no credit card.
How we compiled this
How we compiled this: every statement about the other product comes from their own public website and documentation on the review date below, and is linked so you can check it. Where a number is not published anywhere (pricing is the usual one), we either say "not published" or, if we have first-hand information such as pricing shown to us in that vendor's own sales demo, we state exactly where and when we saw it so you can weigh it and confirm with them directly. We never guess. Statements about HighIQ describe what the product does today. If you find something out of date, email michael@highiq.io and we will correct it.
