Does HighIQ work with Real Geeks PPC and Facebook leads?
Yes. Any lead that reaches the Real Geeks CRM is dialed within about a minute, whichever campaign produced it, and the source informs how the agent opens.
Can it also call our older Real Geeks database?
Yes. New leads and back-database reactivation run in parallel, with separate scripts and separate reporting on each.
What stops the AI from calling a lead my agent is already working?
Per-disposition pause rules. As soon as a human logs an engagement on the lead, the AI stops for that contact until you release it.
Do we need a developer to connect it?
No. The connection and field mapping are done for you during White Glove Onboarding.
