What's everyone, Blake Sloan here with Sloan Realty Group in Myrtle Beach. We're in a top team here in the area, sell 500 plus homes a year for many years. And I just want to share my experience with HighIQ and Michael Hopkins in helping me do this. And number one, get it set up.
Number two, execute. And really the results have been unbelievable in terms of quality. I'm just looking at the numbers right here, which I kind of show you really quick. But total calls 778, 198 answer.
We got 20 appointments total. That includes some text messages that gone back and forth to book them. 15 appointments set via voice. The other five via text.
We have 11 warm transfers, 21 follow up leads and 36 long term nurtures, which is amazing. And so I really want to comment on a couple of things. I've seen a bunch of AI examples out there, a bunch of different AI, you know, so-called tools. So many of them are delayed in terms of the voice and response.
The tonality is not there. It does not sound real at all. And it's not really intelligent on the back end. And so I've really worked with Michael for a few years, coded products that we've used.
And ideally, this is by far the most advanced, most amazing one I've seen in terms of how it's built out, in terms of the information and skill set it has on the back end to overcome objections. I urge you to go try the role play tool and see what it does on there. I can even role play real time with my voice agent to see if it actually works and make sure you can kind of give it test objections, more things about your company. It has different types of leads, both home values, buyers, traditional sellers, cash offer, anything you want there.
And so I can't rave enough about it. I just want to thank Michael, thank their entire team, thank him for creating an amazing product that I think is going to have a massive impact on the real estate industry. Other industries, I've already referred it to other people that are outside of real estate, attorneys, things like that in my mastermind group. So definitely check it out.
