If you're thinking about using HighIQ, may I say do it. My name is Jonathan Dickey. I'm here in Colorado Springs. I'm the team owner for the Locale Group and we're at Keller Williams Premier Realty.
So we've been using it as a team really highly for about six weeks now. So we have an ISA, myself, and then one other agent. Between the three of us, we've set about 50 appointments so far. Already led to three listings, which is awesome.
And then we have another 10 to 12 that are pending that will be coming up here in the spring of 2025. So it has been completely game-changing for us. We're excited to see the results moving forward. But what we've already had, the ROI on it is absolutely incredible.
And so it's using the AI calling in there, AI texting, texting and calling as a team as well. Most of that comes from texting, if I'm being completely honest. But yeah, it's been incredible for us. Their support system at HighIQ as well, where if you need help with anything, creating new automations, or just plugging and playing with their pre-built stuff is also incredible.
So cannot recommend them enough.
