How we doing? I'm Matt Brown, team leader here at Keller Williams Leading Edge. I just needed to introduce and give a shout out to HighIQ. So I'm the team leader here.

I'm responsible for all things growth within the office. And we reached out to HighIQ to position ourselves to get more lead generation going and to have access to high quality and more efficient leads. So within our partnership, we were able to do that very, very well with this partnership. It's early and the response and the numbers in which we have now within just three weeks total with HighIQ is really nothing short of unbelievable.

We've generated in the last 30 days, 465 leads at an average cost per lead at 566. 66 for 465 leads. The AI that's built in, which was a big factor for us, just to ensure that smooth follow up and that consistent follow up to ensure that we're maximizing every lead. The AI qualified and set 20 appointments and initiated 10 warm transfers straight to the agent's phone.

They're able to talk to them and just get the transaction just moving in the right direction. And, you know, with previous lead platforms that we've leveraged and used, the big piece is always during an agent, you know, a day to day schedule. It's not always easy to follow up as quickly as you need to to have success within the leads. So that AI built in, coupled with the amount of leads coming in at the cost for us, it's an absolute no brainer.

Genuinely, you know, I've experienced many different programs. The support transitioning in is unbelievable. Michael and his team, I mean, meet with us biweekly as we've transitioned in to make sure that any questions that we have are fully supported. Prior to that, just the informative process, making sure our agents feel comfortable and really allowing us a good understanding of what the program allows for has been nothing short of amazing.

Outside of those, you know, components on where he's has, you know, standard meetings that our agents can pop in at any point when I have a question or agent has a question or there's a slight issue or something needs critiqued. They're all over it. And for us to just that support and knowing that, you know, when we sign up, it's not just see you later. Good luck.

It's really a partner through that entire process. And I couldn't be more impressed with just the customer service of transitioning into a new lead program, which can seem overwhelming, you know, to train your agents, to get agents on boarded and then to have success moving forward. But to have a team in place that's going to support every step of the way, it's really been, you know, honestly, super, super amazing for us. The system itself, extremely easy to use.

You know, it's pretty cut and dry. And with the AI platform built in, it's doing a lot of that admin work for you and bringing a lead across a pipeline while taking notes of the conversations. So when the agent is picking up and ready to make the call, they're moved along the pipeline and all the all the notes are in for you that you can just play off of. It makes things just a lot more efficient for an agent who is day to day is pretty busy.

So we've definitely loved that. And, you know, as far as a recommendation goes, I strongly suggest that any team leader, any brokerage looking to increase their their lead generation and lead opportunity, you need to have a conversation with HighIQ. It's exceeded expectations. We knew it would be good just because we talked to other brokerages using it and felt really good with with making the final decision who we're going to move forward with.

But from that moment on, it's really exceeded any expectation that we had. And we're seeing the volume, we're seeing the leads come in and our agents are getting the success. And again, we're only three to four weeks in. So we're excited for what's coming as well.
