The short answer
What is Fello for real estate?
Fello is a homeowner-marketing and database-intelligence platform for real estate teams. It enriches every contact in your database with 100+ data points, equity, time in home, appraisal activity, and markets to those homeowners through valuation reports, postcards and cash-offer funnels to surface likely sellers.
Felix is Fello's AI teammate. When an enriched contact starts behaving like a seller, Felix calls, texts, emails and warm-transfers a live person to your agent. Fello publishes case data of 22,052 calls and 543 handoffs over 90 days.
Fello platform pricing starts at $499/mo. Felix is quoted separately and is not published; a Fello presentation in August 2026 showed it starting at $2,250/mo for 5,000 contacts.

What it costs to actually work the database
Fello and Felix are priced by contact count, so the bill is the same whether you work 1,000 of those contacts or all 5,000. High iQ charges a flat base plus usage on the leads you actually work. Move the slider and watch which number moves.
Assuming a 5,000 contact database.
High iQ
$2,650/mo
- $2,000 flat base. 10 users, unlimited leads, one bill, 6-month agreement.
- Usage: 5,000 leads worked x $0.13 = $650
Base doesn't change with database size. You pay for leads actually worked.
Fello plus Felix
$3,049/mo
- Fello platform, Scale tier: $799
- Felix add-on: $2,250 (their published entry tier: 5,000 contacts)
- Fello Credits for AI calling/SMS (prepaid packages, rate not published)
- Zapier or APINation subscription, if your CRM isn't Follow Up Boss or Sierra Interactive (priced separately)
Doesn't move. You're charged for the 5,000 contacts whether you work 1,000 of them or all of them.
You keep $399/mo ($4,788/yr) at 5,000 leads worked a month.

Above 5,000 contacts we quote differently, but we are always less expensive, cover more leads, and have more scalable pricing. Bigger numbers are a sales conversation, not an estimate.
Fello platform pricing from fello.ai/pricing, August 2026. Felix pricing from a Fello presentation, August 2026: "Felix Pricing, starts at 5,000 contacts for $2,250/month." High iQ usage averages $0.09 per lead called and $0.04 per text; voice bills by the minute so actual cost varies. Above 5,000 contacts both vendors quote differently, confirm current numbers with both.

Fello or High iQ: which one should you actually buy?
Pick Felix by Fello when…
Outbound homeowner marketing is the case, and it is the one we concede. If valuation postcards and cash-offer funnels are central to your listing strategy, Fello sells that and we do not.
Pick High iQ when…
You want new leads called in seconds and the database worked, you do not want to be charged for the size of your database, you want the dialer your humans use plus the website, saved searches and CRM writeback on one bill, and you would rather create a free account tonight than sit through a demo to learn the price.

Fello's own documentation notes the difference: native integrations include a sync report and sync notifications inside Fello, while non-native syncs must be monitored on the connector's own site and are subject to that connector's rate limits.Sources: fello.ai/knowledge/which-crms-can-fello-integrate-with- ↗ · integrations.fello.ai ↗

The long version
What Fello and Felix actually are
What is Felix by Fello?
Felix by Fello is built to reactivate the database you already have. Fello enriches every homeowner record with 100+ data points, equity thresholds, time in home, appraisal signals. When a contact starts looking like a seller, Felix calls, texts, emails and warm-transfers. It is a real AI teammate for database-triggered outreach.
But a database is only half your pipeline. The other half is the lead that just hit your CRM at 11pm from Zillow, Meta, OpCity or Google: someone you have no history on, no equity data to enrich, and no time to wait until tomorrow. High iQ works a much wider portion of your database and has more conversations with more people, because it fires on database signals and brand-new inbound leads in the same sixty-second window. More conversations mean more timeframe, budget and motivation captured directly from the contact, not inferred from a public record.
Felix uses public data to guess which homeowner is ready to list now, by analyzing a small portion of your database. High iQ finds them too, but also keeps working everyone else: the buyer six months out, the renter who just got pre-approved, the past client who didn't know rates dropped. That long-term nurture cycle, built from real conversations, is what tells your team who to call next and why. Then there is the money, and the money is where this gets uncomfortable: both Fello line items are priced by how many contacts you have.
The part that decides it
The database is only half the job
Fello and Felix are built for database reactivation: 100+ enriched data points per contact, equity thresholds, time in home, appraisal signals. When a homeowner in your list starts behaving like a seller, Felix notices and reaches out.
But leads do not only come from your database. They come from Zillow, Meta, ZBuyer, OpCity, CINC and Google, at 11pm on a Tuesday, from people you have never had a data point on in your life. The thing that makes Felix smart, enriched homeowner history, is exactly what a brand new buyer lead lacks.
And speed to lead is a sixty second game. Contact a lead within five minutes and you are roughly 21 times more likely to actually connect than at thirty minutes. Fello's published timing language is "same day". We are not claiming Felix cannot do it, only that they do not publish it, and for an AI calling product that silence is worth asking about.
The practical consequence: if you buy Fello plus Felix, you probably still need something for new-lead speed to lead. That is a third line item on top of two.

A Zillow lead hits my CRM at 11pm. How fast does Felix call it, and does it need enrichment data first?
Where the intelligence comes from
Fello enriches records. High iQ goes wider.
Felix's stated intelligence advantage is public-record data about homeowners. It is inherently seller side. They make intelligent guesses on things they think would make it worth calling a lead.
High iQ's intelligence comes from the conversation. The agent asks, and the buyer answers. An equity signal tells you a homeowner might sell. A budget captured in conversation tells you a buyer is shopping right now, at a specific price point. Felix gives you an inference from public records. The other is the person telling you.
Last 90 days, platform wide across 800+ teams
The $3.44 billion in buyer budget above came out of 138,000+ conversations, because the agent asked and the buyer answered. Here is how it splits.
- Active pipeline
- $2,405,003,675
- 5,100+ appointments, warm transfers and scheduled follow-ups. Roughly $472,000 of stated buyer budget per active outcome.
- Long-term nurture
- $1,030,715,860
- Real buyers with real budgets who are not ready to talk yet, or who opted out. Nothing was dropped, and the AI is still working them.
Felix knows what your homeowners are worth. High iQ knows what your buyers can spend, because it asked.
Figures are platform wide across 800+ High iQ teams over the trailing 90 days, not a single client result. Buyer budget is the amount buyers stated in conversation, counted as pipeline, not closed business or commissions.
FAQ
High iQ vs Felix by Fello, answered
How does High iQ's call volume compare to Felix by Fello?
Over a 90 day window, Fello publishes case data of 22,052 AI calls and 543 handoffs. Over the trailing 90 days, High iQ placed more than 138,000 calls and produced more than 5,100 live handoffs, appointments and scheduled follow-ups, and identified $3,435,719,535 in stated buyer budget. The High iQ figures are platform wide across 800+ real estate teams, not a single client result, and buyer budget is what buyers said they could spend in conversation, counted as pipeline rather than closed business. Fello's figure is what they publish on fello.ai; the scope of their case data is theirs to describe.
Is High iQ a Felix by Fello alternative?
Yes, and the overlap is real: both are AI teammates that call, text and email your contacts. The difference is what starts the conversation and what it costs as your database grows. Felix works from Fello's enriched homeowner database and reaches out when a signal appears there. High iQ fires on those signals and on brand new leads arriving, calling in under 60 seconds from any source, and adds an AI power dialer for your humans, AI-native saved searches, a 1-click website and two-way CRM writeback. The one thing Fello does that High iQ does not is outbound homeowner marketing: valuation postcards and cash-offer funnels.
Does Felix work new leads or just my database?
This is our reading of their published material, so verify it yourself. Fello states that Felix starts with Fello's living database, updated daily across 100+ data points, and every case study they publish is triggered by a database signal: equity crossing a threshold, an appraisal request, no contact in two years. Their timing language is same day. We could not find a published speed-to-lead claim for brand new inbound leads. Ask them directly in your demo: a Zillow lead hits my CRM at 11pm, how fast does Felix call it, and does it need enrichment data first? High iQ calls a new lead in under 60 seconds regardless of source and with no enrichment prerequisite.
How much does Felix by Fello cost?
Fello publishes platform pricing: Growth $499 per month ($415 billed annually) for 3,000 contacts, Scale $799 ($665) for 10,000, Enterprise $2,000 ($1,667) for 40,000, plus $50 per month for each additional 1,000 contacts. Felix is an add-on quoted by sales and is not published; a Fello presentation in August 2026 showed Felix starting at 5,000 contacts for $2,250 per month, roughly $3,049 combined at that tier. High iQ is $2,000 per month for 10 users on a 6-month agreement, or $2,500 month to month, with unlimited leads and no per-contact charges. Confirm current Fello numbers with them directly.
Does Felix have an AI power dialer or automatic saved searches?
Neither is published on Fello's site. High iQ includes both: an AI power dialer for your human agents with a script builder, one-click objection handling, live transcription and AI-written notes with automatic dispositioning; and AI-native saved searches, where a lead sets up property alerts just by talking to the agent and the agent then reaches out when they favorite or revisit a listing. The saved search feature requires the IDXBroker add-on, sold separately.
Can we run Fello and High iQ together?
Yes, and some teams do. Fello markets to the homeowner list and surfaces sellers out of enriched data; High iQ makes sure every new lead gets a phone call in seconds, keeps following up across voice, SMS and email, sends the CMA and books the appointment. If you are buying only one, High iQ covers more of the workflow and does not charge you for the size of your database.
What does High iQ cost?
$2,000 per month for 10 users on a 6-month agreement, or $2,500 month to month, with white glove onboarding at $2,000 one time. Voice, SMS and email usage is billed as used. You can create a free account first with no credit card.
What is Felix by Fello?
Felix is Fello's AI teammate. It calls, texts and emails contacts in your Fello database and warm-transfers live prospects to your agents. It is triggered by signals in Fello's enriched homeowner data, equity thresholds, time in home, appraisal requests. Fello publishes case data of 22,052 calls and 543 handoffs over a 90 day window. Felix is sold as an add-on to the Fello platform and its pricing is not published on their site.
Is Fello worth it for real estate teams?
It depends on what you need it to do. Fello is strong at outbound homeowner marketing, valuation reports, postcards, cash-offer funnels, and that is the one thing on this page we concede outright, because High iQ does not sell it. Where it gets expensive is that both Fello and Felix are priced by how many contacts you have, so the bill grows with your database whether you work those contacts or not. And Felix is triggered by signals in enriched homeowner data, which a brand new buyer lead does not have. Most teams buying Fello still need something for new-lead speed to lead.
How we compiled this
How we compiled this: every statement about the other product comes from their own public website and documentation on the review date below, and is linked so you can check it. Where a number is not published anywhere (pricing is the usual one), we either say "not published" or, if we have first-hand information such as pricing shown to us in that vendor's own sales demo, we state exactly where and when we saw it so you can weigh it and confirm with them directly. We never guess. Statements about High iQ describe what the product does today. If you find something out of date, email michael@highiq.io and we will correct it.
